The Blue Angels were a Biker gang in the South America quadrant who defended Cavern City from The Red Snakes. The group was lead by Romy, who was at the time the boyfriend of Rook Bartley. Romy eventually decided to break the group up, as he believed that the people in the town needed to learn to grow up and leave their lives. Shortly after making this decision, Rook was ambushed and over taken by the Snakes, and left town shortly afterwards. Even then he refused to rediscovered the group, as the Snakes grew to 500 times their original size and continued to antagonize the women of Cavern City. (New Generation: Hard Times)
