Fletcher was a member of the Iron Butterflies who served as a medic under Rook after the Third Robotech War in Belmont.
After the battle against Hohsq's forces in the North Fields, Bella Leigh found Rook on the ground crying for her lost ones and called Fletcher to get the first aid kit. Fletcher treated Rook who was glad to see Bella was alive and Fletcher found Rook to be mostly mentally injured from combat shock. Bella and Fletcher had Rook deemed incapacitated and Bella ordered LT Magsaysay to report to her as they evacuated Rook (Robotech: Aftermath: Lancer).
