The Ghost-Eye was an unmanned Radar Drone used by the Robotech Defense Force during the First Robotech War. On the trip back to Earth, the SDF-1's radar towers were damaged and Captain Hayes sent out Ghost-Eye drones for Recon. Wolf Squadron was set to guard a patrol, but was changed to Vermillion Squadron and Rick, Max and Ben went off and missed Minmei on Macross Has Talent. They encountered a Cyclops Recon Pod and attacked it, only for A Zentraedi Ship to Fold in and launch Battlepods that took out the Ghost-Eye (Robotech: 8).
