Jarred was a man who lived in the village run by Aaron James. After he had enough of Aaron's tyranny, he tried to escape through the woods but was caught by Aaron and Mick. He yelled that Aaron can't treat them like slaves and one day he will be stopped but Aaron ended him with a shot to the head. Aaron went on to claim the Invid got Jarred to his sister Lena and blamed his demise on him leaving the safety of the Village.
