The Monte Yarrow were a dragonic race from the Pakalla who were made of Living Protoculture. Some were able to alter their shape and take on Humanoid Forme.

History

In 2035 the Invid Transfiguration caused a fragmentation chain reaction that reverted back 10 000 years before the dawn of the Universe and many new Universes were created such as the Pure Protoculture Universe the Pakalla, who's only Sentient Species was the Monte Yarrow who were from 10 000 years before the Robotech universe. 7000 Years Ago it stopped expanding and was in danger of being destroyed by the Robotech Universe so the Monte Yarrow went to record all life from it and preserve it as Protoculture copies before eliminating it. 4000 Years Ago the Monte Yarrow crossed the dimensional barrier to the Robotech universe and wiped out all life in the Andromeda Galaxy except the Gottruzello who were the Merchants of Pain. The Gottruzello wiped out 70% of the Monte Yarrow and drove 20% back to Pakalla, then went after them to their universe and closed the dimensional portal which stranded thousands of Monte Yarrow in the Robotech Universe, who then went dormant to await rescue. On 12 January 2046 the SDF-Mordecai made it to the Andromeda Galaxy. and faced a Monte Yarrow Doom Ship that was stopped by Rueis Keaguina's sacrifice but Monte Cerros Baux remained on the ship and was caught while impersonating Rueis. On 12 September 2058 the SDF-Mordecai travelled the inner spiral of the Andromeda Galaxy and was near a White Dwarf. Una Von Raxe appeared to the crew as a massive hologram and said she was the one who gave Gilles Vaudell the idea to colonize the Galaxy as it was her home once and the Monte Yarrow ravaged it so she wanted Humans to repopulate it as she liked their kind. But there are 7 Monte Yarrow Doom Ships left and it was the last of them and they went to attack the Earth. Raxe took control of the SDF's Space Fold Drives and return them to defend it. She also revealed herself as the new Mordecai Mind and vanished as the lights returned. (Robotech: Mordecai)
