Robotech 14 is the fourteenth issue of the 2017 Titan Comics Robotech comic series published in December 2018. It continues the story of the reimagining, although it shares pieces with "Homecoming" and "Battle Cry" and part of the issue is told in flashback.
Summary
In a flashback to six years after the SDF-1 crashed on Earth, the reflex furnace is finishing reconstruction. Emil Lang and Roy Fokker meet with Lazlo Zand and Karl Riber. In the present day, Zand speaks to Fokker, who has been captured and replaced by an identical duplicate/clone.
Meanwhile, Captain Lisa Hayes prepares to return to Earth, leaving the other Fokker and Claudia Grant to continue the resupply. Elsewhere, Rick Hunter tries to talk to his friend and newfound celebrity Lynn Minmei about Protoculture exposure, but she is swamped by fans. The rest of Vermillion Squadron face trouble with disgruntled civilians.
Land continues his discussion with Roy, claiming the SDF-1 was meant to cross dimensions, and took advantage of the cloning facilities he found in one pocket.
Admiral Nicholas Hayes refuses to overturn the decision about the SDF-1, and shows off the Grand Cannon. Aboard the Zentraedi fleet, Breetai reveals to Miriya that Sterling had survived their duel.
Then, the cloned Fokker executes Thomas Riley Edwards.
