After a brief ceasefire, the Robotech Masters attacked and destroyed a Suburban Base Section in Sector 3 at 8 am, leaving no survivors while taking 20 humans captive for experiments.

After the destruction of Suburban Base Section, Wyatt Moran questioned how the military could be caught completely off guard by the alien attacks and Anatole Eli Leonard said they ought to make a counter offensive (Robotech: The Masters: Danger Zone).
