Orpheus Flight was an Alpha Fighter squad headed by Jonathan Wolfe in an attempt to find his wife and son. It consisted of Wolfe, Gavin Murdock, Terry Weston, Gary Hauser and Parkes. In March of 2033 they went to Old Texas which had become a fiery wasteland from the oil refineries being lit up by the Invid battles. Upon arriving at the outskirts of Dallas they were attacked by the Invid and Parkes took one out but Weston was hit and went down in a Kamikaze attack on a Hive. Murdock went in after him but an Invid Shocktrooper arrived and was dealt with by him. Humans fled the hive as they were being used as slave workers on a Protoculture farm. Murdock and Hauser protected the Humans as Parkes covered Wolfe who went in and took out the hive's core to destroy the hive. Afterwards, one of those saved from the hive, Paula Kurtz, told them Wolfe's wife and son had been there but were moved to Reflex Point days prior, which caused Wolfe regret as he had ditched the Attempt to free the Earth from Invid rule via an attack on Reflex Point to go on this mission.
